A mentor shares with a mentee information about his or her own
career path, provide guidance, motivation, and role modeling.
A mentor may help with exploring or changing careers, settings
goals and helping connecting and growing your network. A guide, a
coach or emotional support, a mentor can truly change people lives
by sharing their perspective and knowledge.

Search for a mentor
The right mentoring relationship can be a powerful tool for
professional growth — it can lead to new career opportunities, a
promotion, even a better work-life balance.
Before you start, know your goals - both short and long-term.
What do you want to accomplish professionally in the next three
months? Can you do it in your current role, or will it require
you to switch jobs? The more specific you are with your goals,
the easier it will be to find the right mentor.

Select a mentor and book a session
Be clear about your expectations and why you think this person
is the right mentor for you. Be upfront about the time
commitment — what you're willing to put into the relationship
and what you expect from them. If you're clear about what you
need from the start, communication will flow smoothly.
When you feel someone is the right fit, submit an application
telling the mentor a little bit about yourself, your goals, your
expectations and listing your availability. If your mentor
approves the match, a note will be sent to your registered email
and a message feature will be available in your dashboard making
it easier to communicate and schedule a session with your
mentor.

Have your first mentorship
The first introductory call is free for every new mentorship
connection. You have 30 minutes to determine if the mentor you
have picked is the right fit for you. Exchange expectations,
needs, timeline and your mentorship goal.
If you like the match just set your payment, book the
plan/session you would like to have, and you will be ready to
take advantage of everything your mentor has to offer.
