Sofia has spent 15 years inside some of the most demanding marketing environments in the world. At Nike, she led brand and category strategy across Football, Running, Women's and Lifestyle, working across Mexico, Latin America and the United States. She then carried that foundation to Klar, where she serves today as Head of Marketing and Brand Strategy, overseeing everything from product marketing to media to commercial performance. Earlier in her career she shaped brands at PepsiCo and Mars.

She was also a competitive NCAA Division I athlete. She knows what it takes to perform under pressure, to stay strategic when the stakes are high, and to lead when the moment requires it.
